Cucuteni, ceramica, neolitic, manual, autentic acestea ar fi dupa Ionela Sandrina
Mihuleac cuvintele cheie care o definesc ca mester si creator popular aparte. Dupa stiinta
noastra, astazi in Romania exista numai trei persoane care se inspira din comorile
ceramicii neolitice de Cucuteni, e vorba de Petru Maxim din Dorohoi-Botosani (cu
precizarea ca acesta foloseste roata olarului), Gheorghe Dimitriu din Bucuresti si Ionela
Mihuleac din Iasi. Acesti artisti au readus in atentia contemporanilor decorul
spiralo-meandric specific ceramicii cucuteniene; din pacate, ceea ce pentru Romania ar
trebui sa fie un brand de renume, de abia-de abia rezista pe piata, cei trei temerari
facand eforturi numai de ei stiute pentru a-si promova si distribui produsele.
Poate ca ceea ce face profesorul Ionela Mihuleac
intr-o scoala din Valea Lupului, localitate suburbana a municipiului Iasi, va avea darul
de a atrage atentia factorilor cu functii de raspundere in organisme culturale judetene si
nationale pentru ca mai multi copii sa invete mestesugul confectionarii acestui tip
special de ceramica decorativa. Remarcam, asadar, la Ionela Mihuleac impletirea
calitatilor de pedagog de exceptie cu acelea de artist complex, deopotriva ilustrand atat
domeniul cult al artei (este deja membru a UAP, filiala Iasi), cat si registrul arhaic,
prin readucerea in actualitate a stravechii ceramici de Cucuteni (in aceasta ipostaza a
devenit recent si membru al AMPM).
De altfel, resorturi adanci si legaturi tainice o
leaga de Cucuteni, aici vazand lumina vietii in familia actualului primar Mihai Tun, un om
ce lupta de cand se stie pentru promovarea celebrei statiuni neolitice. Dupa varsta de 30
de ani a studiat vreme indelungata o multime de imagini care reprezentau ceramica
neolitica, in acest mod incepand si modelarea manuala a vaselor cucuteniene. Satisfactiile
majore si recunoasterea publica au inceput sa apara de abia in acest an; astfel, la
inceputul lunii aprilie a avut o inedita expozitie personala la Galeria Cupola din
Iasi, in luna august revenind aici cu un grup de elevi de la scoala din Valea Lupului; in
iunie a fost in Franta, dupa ce la inceputul lunii a initiat 10 copii din mai multe scoli
iesene in cadrul taberei de creatie Micii mesteri din Copou; in iulie a participat
la Targul Mesterilor Populari de la Piatra Neamt, iar in septembrie a fost o saptamana in
Serbia. Mai trebuie neaparat sa adaugam ca Ionela Mihuleac este si presedintele Asociatiei
Ars continua, asociatie care incearca sa promoveze cultura neolitica Cucuteni in
lume; de altfel, in perioada 5-26 august asociatia a organizat la Cucuteni Simpozionul
International de Arte Vizuale Human, rolul inimoasei Ionela Mihuleac fiind si aici
extrem de important.
Asadar, artista din Iasi este o personalitate
complexa, greu de definit in scurtele cuvinte ale acestei tablete. Prezenta ei in AMPM
este o dovada vie a aprecierii si pretuirii artei sale. |
Cucuteni, ceramics, Neolithic authentic these are according to Ionela Sandrina
Mihuleac the key words which define her as special artisan and popular creator. As far as
we know, there are only 3 persons in Romania now who draw their inspiration from the
Neolithic Cucuteni ceramics, and these are: Petru Maxim from Dorohoi-Botosani (it is worth
mentioning that he uses the potters wheel), Gheorghe Dimitriu from Bucuresti and Ionela
Mihuleac from Iasi. These artists have managed to bring again to the attention of the
contemporaries the spiralo-meanderic ornamental work specific to Cucuteni ceramics;
unfortunately what should be a famous brand for Romania, barely resists on the market, the
three venturesome struggling to promote and distribute their products.
We hope that Ionela Mihuleacs work in some school
in a suburb of Iasi city, called Valea Lupului will draw the attention of the competent
authorities in the county and national cultural institutions so that more children could
learn this handicraft. Thus, we observe in Ionela Mihuleac a combination between the
exceptional educator and the complex artist. In fact she illustrates both the cultivated
side of the art (she is already a member of UAP, Iasi branch), and the archaic range by
bringing the ancient Cucuteni ceramics into the present time (this is how she became
recently a member of AMPM).
Besides, deep springs and secret connections make her
be tied to Cucuteni: is there where she was born in the family of Mihai Tun, now the mayor
of the village who fought all his life in order to promote the famous Neolithic resort.
After she turned 30, she studied for a long time lots of images which painted the
Neolithic ceramics. In this way she started to mould by hand Cucuteni pots.
She acquired public acknowledgement and implicitly
great satisfaction only this year; thereby, at the beginning of April she had an original
personal exhibition at Cupola Gallery from Iasi, returning there with a group of
pupils from Valea Lupului school at the beginning of August; then she traveled to France
at the end of June, after having initiated 10 children from various schools in Iasi within
the creation camp called Micii mesteri din Copou at the beginning of the same month;
she participated in the Artisans fair at Piatra Neamt, in July and she spent a week in
Serbia in September. It is worth mentioning that Ionela Mihuleac is also the President of
the Association Ars continua which tries to promote the Cucuteni Neolithic culture
all over the world; moreover, the association organized at Cucuteni the International
Visual Arts Symposium called Human during August 5th-26th where Ionela Mihuleac
played an extremely important part.
Thus, the artist from Iasi is a complex personality,
hard to define in just a few words. Her presence at AMPM is a living proof of the fact
that her art is appreciated and praised. |
